    I had a roof replaced a few months ago and I just want to note that I am happy with this company.
    I am very pleased with the job. The communication from all sides was also great. The team was fast and really concentrated on the areas of concern to be sure it was addressed properly. Once the job was complete he came and did a final walk around and walked me thru the spot that was of concern. Cleanup was also satisfactory. He even helped me with recommendations for fixing a bad concrete job I had done which was very nice. I would use them again and I do recommend this business based off my experience.

    We had roof leak on the top of a second story dormer and needed it fixed. We were told it was a nail that popped and caused a leak path and may have untold damage once it was opened up to repair. We were given a quote of $825, but the individual made it seem like it could be a large job. When he came back to do the repair, it took him literally 75 minutes from arrival to departure. We even supplied the replacement shingles.
    I thought the cost was a bit steep and called to see if there was any consideration for adjustment in cost. The individual I spoke with knew he took advantage of the situation, didn't want anything to do with any type of negotiation, and was just plain rude. He knowingly and obviously had taken advantage of a homeowner in time of need. I didn't think that charging roughly $660/hr for labor was reasonable. Not sure what trade charges that rate. The repair guy literally yelled "just pay the bill".
    Stay clear of this price gouging predatory company.
