    *********** appliances delivered new kitchen appliances August. Dishwasher would not run without throwing error codes and refrigerator was completely missing one of the drawer slides. *********** transferred the repair to their Howie ****** Appliance **************** Howie ****** couldnt schedule a technician until September. Technician is there for 15 minutes, agrees to order drawer slide and says dish washer needs new control board.Howie ****** cant get parts for three months. Finally show up to repair items in December. Technician comes on site and finds that they didnt order all the correct parts for drawer slide and have wrong control board for dishwasher.We wait another month yesterday January 25, the technician again comes to our house. Once again, they have the wrong parts for the drawer slide They were able to replace the control board, and left. Last night we finally get to use our dishwasher, which has never worked since being delivered 6 months ago, and we got the same error code we had in August!!!Today, January 26, I call in the morning to talk to a manager. They take my information and promise that a manger will call me back today. By 3:30, I call back again and am told that all the managers are in meetings but they will call be back today.Well, its now 6:00 and I havent received a call.

    I called Howie ****** in early September to come and look at my oven and dryer. A appointment was set for October 18 for a mechanic to come to our house. The mechanic came and looked at the appliances, the dryer didn't need any work but the oven needed a part. The mechanic didn't have the part ( Mechanic came to our house in a car not a service van) a $65 service fee was paid for the visit. October 19 a person from Howie ****** called and said they had the part in stock, but couldn't get to our house until November 22 to install it. That was too long for us to wait. My husband asked if he could come and get the part and try to install it himself, the person said yes. My husband went to Howie ****** to get the part, the person there wanted to charge us a second service fee, labor fee and a fee for the part, totalling a little over $ ******. My husband told the person that he was not going to pay for another service call and for labor that wasn't rendered. My husband said he would pay for the part and the tax. The person at Howie ****** said "no" that we had to pay the $******. We did not agree to this, nor did we have any written or signed contract with Howie ******.My husband left Howie ****** upset and did not pay the $******. My husband ordered the part from another company and fixed the oven in less than 24 hours. We received a bill for $165.58 in the mail from Howie ****** for a service charge and the part. We are not going to pay this.
