Had a technician come out and diagnose my washer. I was told that I needed to replace the tub as it was leaking. I ordered the part and receive it 2 days later and it is installed. I then go to use the washer and it continues to leak. I reached out to them to schedule appointment for somebody to come back and look at it. The technician determined there is nothing wrong as there is still a puddle on the floor and it continues to leak. I spent $450 for a new washer tub and I still have the same issue. I do not recommend coming here.

If I could give negative stars, I would give them. The Milwaukee contractor came out to fix our fridge. He was very old, but never told us that he couldn't do the job. This office forgot to send in the diagnosis and needed repairs to my home warranty company, so I called the home warranty company yesterday. The rep told me that they had still not submitted anything, so she sent them an email asking for their thoughts on the fix. The contractor did submit the paperwork after they were sent an email. I called the home warranty company today, and they told me that the contractor had reassigned the repair for another contractor. The contractor told me that he was not able to make the repair. I'm pretty sure it's due to his age and physical condition. He should have told us!! We have life and death medicine that needs to be refrigerated at all times, and we have to try and keep this life saving medicine cold until we get our fridge repaired. Do not use this contractor!!!!!!!
