    I signed a contract for $3650.00 for Work on my well on June 16, 2024. I also sent a check for $1875.00 which was deposited in their account according to my bank records on June 21, 2024. Subsequently they were unable to do the work in the timeframe needed therefore I inform them I no longer wanted them to do the work and they agreed not to do the work. I have contacted them numerous times when they will answer the phone and they stated they understand this and will send a check however I have not received a check as of today 9/24/2024. They also have stopped returning my calls.

    Mr. ******** was originally a well service call. We were unable to perform his service due to his unique well issues. He then decided he was going to put his deposit towards a new well. On 9-12-24 Mr. ******** called and said that he had decided to wait with the new well and would like to have his deposit returned. At that time we said sure, we can do that. He called for an update a week or so after that and we informed him that yes, we were working on getting his deposit back to him. 

    On 9-23-24 Mr. ******** placed a call to our office, the lady in the office was out sick, he placed a call to two others but those others do not work in the office full time and were out on service calls that day. We had every intention of calling him the morning of 9-24-24, at the same time Mr. ******** had already submitted to the BBB that we stopped answering calls. We had not, just unable to return his call during business hours the day before.

    We spoke with Mr. ******** in the afternoon of 9-24-24 and assured him that we would be writing his check on or before 10-1-24, today on 9-30-24 his check was printed and will be mailed to him. We did send a picture of the check to him via text message.

    As a business we believe we have done as asked in an appropriate amount of time and feel that we have resolved this matter and hope to be able to serve any well needs Mr. ******** may have in the future.
