    This transition started January 20, 2025 Between ******** ******* and the owner of Underground wheels audio **** Wheels Tires 22 gold $2600 All funds was sent as seller requested. ***** never received product. ***** was sent phony shipping company information as wheels had shipped. The company never delivered product. I have all text messages from shipping company and **** shop owner. I feel its very important something is done about this company to protect other customers.

    Customer ordered custom wheels, we shipped the wheels. The shipping company was a day off so he stated he didn't want them anymore. We said it is non refundable purchase, we took the wheels back and he still wanted a refund. If he wants the wheels, we have them and I told him he had to pay for shipping or pick them up. We have sent him $500 but that wasn't enough. I've tried to resolve it 8 times, Now he's threatened to kill me and my family. After the threatening started I stopped trying to resolve the issue.

    Hello

    I never received any refund from company Dave sent me to Chris. Chris never responded text message attached. Company needs to be looked into from the delivery company to how many customers have really received products. I explained to Dave $2000 isn’t a little money. 

    As a customer you ordered a product you expect to receive that item or refund if company doesn’t deliver. As a customers I lost money and didn’t receive item. 

    This is bad business practices and for a supervisor Chris not to reach out and speak to me directly shows the company future state in short. Dave advised he was a part owner but several meetings set with Chris to request refund. Overall just a bad experience and hopefully this company will do better if they expect customers to pay money.
