    I had sent in my Malibu RS for repair on my two driver side doors Wednesday Oct. 5th at 6:00am and picked up Monday Oct. 10th at 5:45pm. When I received my car, my car radio's bass was raised to 12db (highest) and treble was raised 12db (highest) in my car. I also noticed there was another user who had connected their usb into my car to play music under "FM" (DEVICE). Instead of it being "FM radio" it was an actual device. In fact the frequency settings on my subwoofers amplifier were changed making me believe that someone had tampered with it. Overall this made me believe this Gandrud company was intentionally using and deteriorating my car speakers and subwoofers when it wasn't necessary.I had asked them directly if I could go over where the location of my car was on their security cameras, and they rejected me. I would have liked to see the location of my car and who has tampered with my speakers when the car was originally in there to fix outside aesthetic issues - my car radio did not need to be tampered with. Issues:- An employee had connected their USB cable into my radio and plugged in their phone under "FM" - Radio settings were cranked to the highest decibel unit. (never in my life have I played my own speakers and subwoofers this loud because of deterioration reasons)- Subwoofers frequency was tampered with and changed from Oct. 5 through Oct. 10th.- Subwoofers sound and feel deteriorated, distorted, and has frequency change. - Inside of my car was cleaned inside fully from cleaning car mats to wiping down windows - fingerprints are gone.Outcome: I will need to see security camera footage from when my car was dropped off at this location and picked up. If this isn't possible, I will need compensation for the deterioration of my subwoofers, car speakers, and the misuse of my vehicle under Gandrud's repair. Subwoofers cost $1,200 - $1,500 (NOT CHEAP!!!)

    As a company that has been in business for many years we have fixed many vehicles. The process of cleaning a customer vehicle does require our detail people to touch items on the interior of a vehicle. We do try to minimize moving any personal items. All vehicles are quality checked by our staff when completed. This vehicle was checked out by myself and scanned by my assistant. I couldnt check on the radio volume because of being set to Bluetooth. 

    ****************** stopped at the shop on 10/11/22 in the am. We reviewed his concerns and I offered to have our ***************** shop ******* come and look at his radio as the collision center doesnt work on stereo equipment. ********** stopped over and ****************** plugged his phone into the radio and turned on a song. Everything worked and sounded fine. ****************** said the sound was off due to frequency settings. At this point I did explain we have to disconnect the battery; this could change settings. I offered for ******* to bring to the stereo place where he had frequency set and get it checked out. If reset was caused by the battery disconnection, I would add the bill to the repairs and the insurance would cover. If we accidentally bumped or moved a button or setting during repair process, again wed cover the cost of resetting.

    In closing all repairs were authorized and completed per our estimate. Please have sound world contact me if any issues to system due to the repairs. Thank you
