Christian S. ******** / Done Right represents himself as a contractor in the Green Bay area and according to his business contract form provides services such as Full Remodels, Professional Painting Interior - Exterior, Full Remodels, Decks, Fences, Professional Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing & Building Rejuvenation - Commercial & Residential. Based on a recommendation from a friend, we hired Christian S. ******** to remodel our basement. From the beginning, we noticed his work was subpar. His "crew" included 3 young men who were approximately 18 years of age who did Not have experience in remodeling and much of their work hanging dry wall, taping, mudding had to be redone. Mr. ******** also bid the job as being completed in one weeks time. By the end of week one, Mr. ******** had worked on our remodel for approximately 25 hours and less than half of the work was completed. We were constantly trying to locate him and find out when he would arrive on our job. His list of excuses for not being there was extensive and always with a promise that the next day he would get things done. On day 7 while we were gone, Mr. ******** entered our home and left with all of his tools. We hired 3 other individuals to complete our remodel including a licensed electrician (which Mr. ******** claimed to be). Mr. Phillps left behind illegal wiring in the ceiling and other electrical work that was not to code. Drywalling, woodwork, cabinets, electrical was not completed as contracted. We took Mr. ******** to small claims court and the judge ruled in our favor for $5,400 in reimbursement from Mr. ******** (Mr. ******** did not show up for the hearing). Currently there is a bench warrant for Mr. ******** arrest as he has not complied with the courts orders for financial disclosure. Upon review of ****, Mr. ******** has been sued repeatedly in the past and has many liens filed against him. He is a fraud and cannot be trusted. Consumer beware!
