    After visiting my local ******* today I used the ATM that was located inside the Store. after making a transaction for 300.00 I had decided to get make another transaction for 300.00 to pay bills. .well the second transaction didn't go smoothly as the first transaction I was only giving 60.00 dollars out of a three hundred dollar transaction and the machine jammed up and actually tore one of the twenty dollar bills when it had dispensed.at that time I asked a supervisor for help and she began to tell me that ******* wasn't responsible for the lost monies because they didn't owned the machine.mean while my twenty dollar bill was replaced I was advised to call the company ?????low and behold I received there most valued employee that was so rude very confrontational and unprofessional to the max I have never seen anyone act as such as this customer service rep did she refused to give her name she was so disrespectful and rude until the ******* manager had to intervene and tell her that she did not have to speak to me that way or handle the matter that way she was also rude with her as well she wouldn't give the manager her name and she continued to act like a a disrespectful Rebellion teenager. At that time we asked to speak to a manager because the disrespect just overwhelming and Beyond professional. And all I stated that she was talking too fast to where I couldn't understand what she was saying and she had me so upset I lost concentration we later talked to her manager Keisha and explained what the issue was and how everything was going we told her how and rude her employee was she act like she had no concern or worry in the world all they was concerned about was the $40 extra that the manager at ******* happened to pull out the machine. No one should ever have to be this rude working in a business like this where you have to work with people constantly I will be contacting ******* to let them know about this.employee needs to be fired she's bad for Bussiness

    WENT INTO MY LOCAL WALMART **** ** ***** ******** **. 07/24/2023 TRIED TO GET CASH FROM THEIR ATM IN THE AMOUNT OF 100.00 OUT OF MY PAYPAL CARD. THE MACHINE WORKED FOR AWHILE AND FINALLY GAVE ME MY RECEIPT BUT NO CASH CAME OUT. I ASKED THE LADY IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHE SAID THAT THEY HAD NO SAY SO ON THE MACHINE AND THAT IT DIDNT GIVE ME MY MONEY SHE SAID THEY HAD NO SAY SO ON THESE ATM'S. SHE SAID I WOULD HAVE TO CALL CASH DEPOT AND FILE A COMPLAINT. I CALLED AND THEY SAID I HAD TO CALL MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT AND FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THEM SO THEY COULD WORK TOGETHER AND RESOLVE THIS. HAVENT HEARD A THING FROM EITHER. I PROBABLY GOT ROBBED BY CASH DEPOT AND THATS A SHAME. WALMART SHOULD KICK THEM OUT AND WALMART SHOULD CHECK CASH DEPOTS REVIEWS IT HAPPENS TO MUCH. I DID EVERYTHING BOTH TOLD ME WITH ZERO RESULTS LESSON LEARNED AND WALMART HEADQUARTERS WILL HEAR FROM ME ALSO.

    Customer service was polite with was this company's only saving grace. Their ATM did not disperse my money and declined the transaction but debited my bank account. Now I don't have access to my money until my bank finishes the charge back with will take a couple of days. This company refuses to help with a situation that was caused by their error.

    I use the cash depot ATMs everywhere I can because I know they have reliable customer service and I have never had an issue with their ATMS

    Customer service was rude their ATM does not disperse my money but debited my bank account it took over a month to get my money back with no compensation for that
