      Booked a room at Country ************ (Green Bay East) for 8/3 and 8/4 2023. Arrived at 5:30 p.m. to check in and the room wasn't ready. No explanation and no apology for the inconvenience. When we did get in the room, the noise in the hotel was horrible the first night and continued well past midnight. Called front desk and no one would answer. We hoped it was an isolated incident and returned to the hotel on the second night, 8/4, and experienced louder/more noise. Called front desk again with no answer. Went to the front desk and no clerk. Finally found the clerk and they were unwilling to address the noise. There was another customer waiting at the front desk to complain about noise as well. We finally asked to check-out and requested a refund for the second night. The clerk finally agreed to charge us for only one night and gave us a receipt for one night's stay. Credit card is then charged for both nights. Requesting a refund for one night stay of $159.53.
