Do not do business with this company!!!! ***** cant stay true to his word to save his life. My install was supposed to be on a Friday didnt happen until Monday and then Monday came and he wanted me to leave the remainder of the money owed before he even installed them. He refused to Install the countertops unless he had the money first so I had to take off work just to sit at my house for him to do it when I could have easily stayed at work until he was done and then came home and paid him. After it was done I noticed some things messed up with the countertops he came back once to try to fix it some but not all. After a few days I noticed a pretty decent size chunk that was clearly glued back on at the end where my stove was which is why I didnt notice it at first he refuses to fix it saying I cant please you hire someone else to do it. On top of all that my kitchen sink that he put back in was forced it because he didnt cut the holes right so my sink was leaking and I told him and all he had to say was Im not a plumber. So I had to buy a whole new faucet and pay someone to come put it in. I text him today asking if hes going to make it right or do I need to take him to court? Well needless to say hes not doing it so Ill be taking him to court. Nobody in their right mind would pay for brand new countertops that look like this. He literally told me before this 4 days in row he was stopping here to take care of it and never shows. Im a pretty understanding person until u continuously lie to me.

Disclaimer: This review and/or notice is from our own personal experiences. We were not compensated to write this review. It has been about 4 months now since we’ve hired Tyler ****** and his company, “Titletown Epoxy” to epoxy our dessert shop floor. Due to the poor, unfinished work ****** did, we will now have to reconstruct the floors completely this includes the kitchen. This also means closing our shop for at least minimum two weeks in order to get construction going. Highlights of what has taken place: -tons of bubbles, craters and rocks -did not lay top coat so our floors are now scratched, scuffed and white is heavily fading due to foot traffic -was told kitchen is stain resistant which was false- there are stains all over which we cannot clean off without taking layers of the epoxy off -there are dents on our walls from his machine he was using which we had to cover up -he did not cover any of the walls so we also have epoxy splatter across the base walls and our entrance doors -the epoxy he laid down in our main shop flowed over into the kitchen -his refusal to finish the work and pushed out several timelines due to “family issues/time” is morally abhorrent We left a review on his social media page too and glad we did because other folks whom experienced the same thing with Tyler reached out. Last note as a warning, it was confirmed by multiple resources this company buys his reviews so please don’t be fooled like us - go with another company whom have been in business longer than 5-10 years.
