    I have never been so disrespected a day in my life. Apparently, some manager named Trevor, at the West Mason location in green Bay, thought that it was appropriate to literally scream at me ...I called about a wrong order ..I really don't care about who else has called but to have my corrected food almost thrown out the window at me, to be told that this was my last time (even tho it was my first time) to have a window shut in my face was shocking. When I went inside to question it I was so embarrassed and hurt at the treatment from this man in front of customers ...I've never been treated like that before. To be told that you people keep calling and asking for food when I had my receipt was so rude and degrading....to be SCREAMED at to get out and not come back was completely unbelievable.... To watch another worker have to pull this man back from yelling at me to look around at the children and other family that was watching with frowns on their face caused tears to swell up in my eyes as I looked around embarrassed hoping for some assistance that didn't come in the form of being discriminated against because our voices apparently sounded like someone who kept calling every day asking for a corrected order....I've never called them before ..I have Always been a paying customer ..and as I look at this slapped together sandwich that is in no way shaped like the rectangular yummy frisco sandwiches I always get I am alarmed at the indecency...this man should not be a manager at all. Least of all an employee....he didn't ask for my receipt.....I kept telling him that this was horrible to be treated like this and he got rude and sarcastic and started mocking me and rolling his eyes ...I have truly NEVER had the misfortune of being treated this way especially in public. In a professional establishment with witnesses and other families smh the hurt and disappointment is so strong....I've never been embarrassed and disrespected like that before...
