    Visited the location on 3/26/25 towards the evening, the person giving me my food had forgot one of my drinks (diet coke). I immediately called the location and the person that picked up the phone claimed his name was *****' (manager) he said it was okay for me to pick up the drink the next day. He also mentioned that he will note it down, the next day after checking out at our hotel which was not that far from the McDonald's location. I stopped at the drive through, I spoke on the intercom with what sounded like the lady that took my order the prior day. She said she was the assistant manager, I told her what had happened and that I had spoke to the manager the day prior and he had said it was okay for me to come back the next day to pick up my drink. She insisted that they didn't have a manager name *****' and that if I was to pick it up it would of been the day of. I then mentioned if that was the case then how come the person that I had spoke with yesterday didn't mention it? I could of just came back and got it the same day. She asked for a receipt I told her I didn't have one because we had been staying at a hotel, she then said there is nothing she can do for me. She didn't apologize, she didn't offer to remedy the situation she just shut me down and literally told me to go away so the other customers could order. I was very upset at the whole situation, they do not care about their customers (I told her I had already paid for it) and it's very obvious they have lousy management. I would like my money for the purchase back, otherwise they could remedy it some other way.
