PuroClean initially provided service at my residence for flood remediation in April of 2024. No cost estimate/ pricing was provided when requested at time of service. I was informed at that time the service would be paid for by insurance. On or arround September 10th 2024, I recieved notfication by mail I had an outstanding balance and would have a lein placed against my home if not paid in full by Sept 25th. Payment of $2140.00 was hand delivered to PuroClean on Sept 20th.Per a title search, PuroClean had already filed a lein in Aug 2024, which prior to any notification of a balance and well before the Sept 25th date I was given. The lein has remained in place as of 3/20/25 but payment was obtained months prior.

Fire damage to our rental property. Inspection was done by State Farm on 5/14/2022. Property address: *********************************** We made contact with ***************** of PuroClean of Green Bay for property restoration due to recommendations of State Farm. We were initially given an estimate of $26,727.23 on 11/05/2022.The project was then started but quickly, the cost of the repair had increased significantly. The estimated amount that the total cost up to this point is $73,395.68. Our biggest issue is that we had little to no communication with *** and the person he had contacted to work on the project. We had reached out multiple times and even had to speak to a PuroClean representative from out of state. Initially, it has seemed that our issue was resolved but sadly, it had not. we continued to get little no information on how far long the repairs are going. I had stopped by the property multiple times and seen that there was little to no work done. despite our complaints, PuroClean has not responded to us in a timely manner and the issue has not resolved. Finally, it appears that in February of 2024, they had finally got the repairs completed enough to where the tenants were able to return to their home after waiting for almost two years. Though tenants have moved back in, we never got the official noticed from PuroClean that the restoration has been completed.
