      My kids saved up their allowance to order Packers jerseys they could wear them while watching the games the rest of the season to support their favorite team, of which they are shareholders. On the website ************************, they have a specific policy to provide a physical address for shipping purposes. I provided them with a valid address and provided payment. The package was not delivered to the physical address that was required and provided, it was delivered over a mile away. They refuse to refund my money so I may order elsewhere. They also refuse to send replacement jerseys.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, It's pretty ridiculous that rather than just handling this in house and paying the charge back fees that the Packers wouldn't just step up to the plate and handle this is in a more reasonable fashion from the get go that wouldn't have wasted all of our time.

      I purchased a Men's XL Packer sweatshirt on the *************** website, they used Fed Ex to deliver the item, the item was marked as delivered but I did not receive the item and there is no evidence that it was actually delivered. I was not reimbursed for my missing item. Fed Ex claimed to deliver the item but it was not in the mailbox. They took a picture of my mailbox without the package in the picture and then marked it as "left in mail room".

      I put myself on the Packer Season ticket waiting list in 1994 and have been on the list for nearly 30 years. In March of 2023 I was pleasantly surprised to receive a postcard from the Green Bay Packers indicating that the wait was over, you have reached the end of the waiting list and that I would be hearing from them soon. As the months passed, I diligently checked my mail and never received anything more regarding tickets. I didn't think too much about it as I wasn't sure how much time was actually needed to get the information together. Finally on Wed. July 27th, 2023 I sent an email to the Green Bay Packers Ticket office inquiring about the status of the Packer tickets as I had heard nothing from them. The next day, Thurs. July 28th, 2023 I received an e mail back from them and they indicated that they attempted to deliver the district user fee invoice by certified mail to my home 2 times in March of 2023 and since I never claimed the certified letter, I was removed from the waiting list. I in turn called the Packers Ticket office and left a message for ******* (Ticket office manager) explaining my situation. The following day, Friday July 29th 2023 I was able to speak to *******. After I explained my situation and informed him that I never received anything from the post office, he indicated that there was nothing he could do for me and that it was unfair to other people who are currently on waiting list to add me back to the top of the list. I completely disagree with this as I feel it is unfair to me to lose this opportunity when none of this was my fault. I did my time on this waiting list and should be offered tickets. I also feel the instructions on the postcard were very unclear. Nothing indicated that I would be receiving certified mail from them. So, this is why I am filing this complaint. All I'm asking for is to be re added to the top of the list and to be re-offered season tickets for the next years season. Thank you for your time.

      We contacted customer in advance with a postcard saying that they would soon receive an invoice for the user fee for season tickets, which customer received. We subsequently attempted to send two USPS certified mailings for the invoice, on March 22 and March 28. On April 17, the USPS returned the user fee invoice as return to sender/unclaimed. We held the tickets for a bit, as standard practice, but did not hear anything until almost August when the season was starting, and we had to move on to the next person or the seats would not be filled. We are unable to move around wait list spots.

      I do not feel as though the complaint has been resolved.  In my opinion, there is no reason why I can’t be added back to the top of the list.  I did my time on this list and it is not fair to me.  I had construction going on at my house  and I was out of state at my daughters wedding during the time these supposed cards were left at my home.
