      Preventative maintenance what a mistake!I have 2007 ***** VNL780 with ******* miles on it. In the middle of January I decided to send my truck into Master Fleet for an oil change & fuel oil leak around the fuel filter .So I decided as long as the truck was in there and I was going to be off for another month. I would do a little preventative maintenance. I instructed Master Fleet that I would be ordering a new radiator and also since we had the radiator out. We would put a water pump and thermostat in the vehicle.My next trip down to Master Fleet, I could see that they removed the air conditioning condenser, which I questioned, why in Gods name did you pull the ** condenser out when the ** was working fine. Two days later they informed me the air conditioning condenser was leaking. You can see the condenser hit something, (Ive got a grill screen on the truck, with no holes in it ) so removing or reinstalling is where the damage came from.( Again it should have never been removed) they informed me it was removed because it was hanging up on the power steering lines. Power steering lines are not under pressure when truck is not running it is common knowledge for any Mechanic that knows what he is-doing that ** line are under pressure at all time . You remove the power steering lines and leave the condenser in place.( This comes from Poor training & Poor supervision.) I purchased a new condenser and delivered it.Then they informed me I still had a fuel leak coming from the fuel filter area. I ask oh should I just replace the fuel filter assembly with the primer pump & pressure sensor. So I ordered the parts and also had that replaced.So also again with the power steering lines running behind the fuel filter assembly, they were damaged during the replacement of the fuel filter assembly.At no time was I told I had a power steering leak & that the repair would be for a total of $419.38 . Total bill ******* more wrong with the truck after fix
