Had the pleasure of working with Tyler and Cassidy. Had a house I rented to family member who was not paying. Don't ever rent to Family. Decided to sell because I could not afford the repairs and didn't want to be a land lord. Tyler came out and did a walk threw even with the smelly rotten potatoes they had in back hallway. He made me an offer, was a little to low but we did come to an agreement and signed a contract that day. When doing the last walk threw we discovered there was more stuff left than what expected, I was ready to cry. Tyler put me at ease, he even helped with some garbage. Thank you. Cassidy set everything up for closing. There was a little hiccup and it was going to be pushed out 2-3 weeks. Cassidy performed magic and only pushed it out 1 day. I talked to Tyler on a Thursday about my home in which was vacant and I wanted to sell it fast. I told him all about my fixer upper and met with him at my house on Monday so he could look at the property. Monday I sold my house as is and with no closing costs or hassles. Joey is fantastic. Worked extremely hard for getting out of state property dealings. I would recommend Joey to anyone who has property to sell, Very easy to work with. Great communication.
