    I purchased a radio for my vehicle and will not give me a refund from this company and it arrived damaged and they stated that they did not send the item like that

    The customer returned a brand new item to us with a smashed screen.  The item in question was refunded to the customer through **** (how he purchased it).  Upon receiving the part back, this customer returned his old item to us and did not return the part that we sent to him.  The item in question is a radio screen we sent to the customer new with our internal marking on the item for tracking purposes.  We received back what we assume to be the customers old/damaged item that he was replacing that did not have our identifying information on it.  This is a fraudulent buyer, but either way the customer was refunded as per attached documentation.

    Alpha Automotive has been in business for over 30 years with a long standing and trustworthy record of customer service.  We are experienced in dealing with people who try to commit fraud, hence the marking we put on our products that reflect that this item was removed and replaced by the customer on the receiving end and then fraudulently trying to make it appear that we did something wrong.  The box arrived with no damage to it and yet the customer wants us to believe that it was damaged during shipment.

    The item that was sent back was the item I received they just can't take responsibility for what they did and I have not been refunded I am consulting other agencies regarding this issue
