      Made a purchase on Project Semicolons website on 09/17/24. Received a confirmation email from them and my credit card was charged. After a month I emailed asking for the status of my purchase. No response. I emailed a few more times with no response and then found a phone number for them and left voicemails on two separate occasions. It has been two months and ten days since they charged my credit card, and I have not received my purchase or any response to my emails or voicemails.

      I believe in this cause. I believe in it so much that I chose to become a Chapter Leader and help my community with their mental health needs. Project Semicolon let me know that I was approved to be a Chapter Leader on December 21, 2021, after submitting a payment of $40 for a 'welcome packet', which was supposed to include everything I needed to get started. They sent an email out on December 28, 2021 saying Chapter Leaders were accidentally refunded and to resubmit my payment. I resubmitted that day. This is when Project Semicolon stopped responding to my emails. I sent emails asking for help and guidance in June and September of 2022. I sent ******** messages to them to follow up in case they didn't check the emails and they remained unread and unseen until February 7, 2023. I still had not received the 'welcome packet' at this point, and was being asked to collaborate with AFSP and a teen's graduation project. On February 7, 2023, I tried to send another email asking where things were or how they were moving along. My email came back stating that their mailbox was full. I took to ******** to comment on their most recent post (which they posted 3 days prior) asking for a refund. They messaged me on ******** asking what the issue was and deleted my comment. They then claimed that I hadn't updated my page. The local leader of AFSP in my area and my therapist were aware that I was committed to this and updated my page as much as I could. They then said their emails stating that I should update my page probably went to spam. I check my spam every day and the last email I received from them was an automated password reset in June. They chose to attack me stating that I wasn't communicating my issues. I stated that taking money from people and not giving them what they paid for is fraud, and was told "For you to sign up as a chapter leader for our organization and turn around and launch a trash campaign against us is incredible.Steer clear of this company.

      I purchased items from Project Semicolon on October 8th. I have never received any items. I have sent them multiple emails, ******** messages, tweets to no response.

      I ordered one of their Supporter Bundles in June for $45.00. The money was taken out of my account, but I never got a confirmation email and the items never arrived. There is no way to contact them through their store, so I have no way of getting a hole of them to receive either the items I paid for or my money back.

      On July 17, 2022 I purchased some clothing and merchandise to support this nonprofit organization that supports suicide prevention. I spent $85.50 US, which, when it appeared on my ******** Credit Card amounted to $115. After placing the order, the screen gave me an order# *****. But I did not get an email confirmation. Good thing I copied down the order number. It is now a month and a half later and nothing has arrived. But my credit card was billed just fine. I've seen it suggested that this company is out of business, but if that's the case, their website is still taking orders and billing credit cards no problem. So this suicide prevention site is now feeling like a deliberate scam to me. I searched their site for ways to contact them as there is nothing listed on the store. The Messenger site does not respond. Their supposed phone number (1-866-411-SEMI) is ALWAYS busy and not allowing calls through. No answer from their email. They also list a phone number for their media **** and another email. The phone number for their media **** is 1-800-SEMI-411 and it takes me to a company that does some kind of sanitation. I tried the media email and I'm not holding my breath on a reply. It's a good thing I'm not suicidal and wanting this merchandise to support me because losing the money and receiving nothing in return from a nonprofit suicide prevention site and store seems like the ultimate betrayal. There are no supporting documents since they provided nothing and I'm not sharing my **** bill. I only have the order number (indicated earlier) and date of the **** transaction.
