    I’m not even sure where to start. But let me start by saying this is by far the worst hotel and the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. For starters when we sent the kids to get towels for the room. They wouldn’t give it to them. So an adult had to go and get them. We were there 2 days and our room didn’t get cleaned not once. There was food in the fridge freezer burned from the previous guests also. We didn’t have the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the room so I’m unsure why we didn’t get serviced in our room. Later the night on our second day. We experienced some more troubles. We asked for more towels. They told the kids no. So I’m the adult so I went to go get them & we got our towels with no issues. We needed clean sheets because my infant had an upset stomach and threw up on the sheets. We called down there for sheets they told us to come and get them and sent one of the kids to get them. He came back and stated that they didn’t have any clean sheets. So we proceeded to call back down there about the sheets . The staff member stated “Oh so you think I’m lying about clean sheets?” We stated no. But we called ahead of time about them. When I started to ask him for his name he said his name was “Wally”. I asked him was that the name on his W4 form? He said no that’s my nickname. I told him our experience here has been terrible and we feel that it’s been racially insensitive as well. I proceeded to ask him who was the manager I’d like to file a complaint . He stated that they’ve already gotten noise complaints . I informed him that no one came to us about the complaints and when did this occur because we weren’t notified of any noise complaints. He stated 2nd shift informed him. I asked him what was his real name and he hung up in my face. My mother went down stairs to inquire and the staff member Wally was so rude and nasty to my mom and it just overall was a very disheartening experience. I’d never recommend this hotel to anyone! Especially anyone of color!

    I purchased the loft suite for my sons birthday. It is the most expensive room at Tundra Lodge ($364.03), I called to see if it was ready a couple times, it wasn't. We arrived at 3:30pm it still wasn't available. Check in is guaranteed by 4pm. We weren't able to check I'm until 4:47pm which was a huge inconvenience for planning. Wasn't able to decorate, my decorations wasted. Wasn't able to give family and friends a room #. When I checked out I asked what the policy was because our 4pm check was NOT guaranteed! The man at front desk said it was only 30 minutes after 4 which wasn't true. He also said that the front office manager Theresa would be giving me a call. Never got a call from her! I purchased the most expensive room in the hotel and was probably the last to check in which doesn't make any sense!!!

    Double charged. Room paid in full previously during reservation at check in they said it wasnt, credit card statements are instantaneous now. That was the beginning, overcharged for room. Online pricing of website states 149 a night; I was charged 318 for the night. Did this happen to you at this location? I would think this is a consistent policy of this business and would think it is consumer fraud. Hotel is very dirty and unsanitary. Very dated and damaged furniture. Stay far far away. Let me know if you were victim to double charges.

    Thought I was booking a great overnight surprise for my Grandson which turned out to be a joke! The bad reviews on this place are 100% correct! Check in time is 4:00 ! We did not get our room until 7:00! 3 hours late! They charge YOU $75 an hour if you stay past check out at 11:00 am the next day yet I cant be refunded for the 3 hours we had to wait for the room! NO managers on duty to help! water park concessions was closed for more than half of the day even though their hours say open online! Additional restaurant listed online closed!! No carry inns are allowed! Hence leaving us with no water, snacks etc! If you have thirsty and hungry adults and little kids not a good situation! Paid 489 for one night and they had no services to offer! Angry and disappointed ****!!!

    Front desk staff were obviously overworked. This caused large wait times for all patrons. Guests were visibly annoyed by the long waits and many were vocal about their dissatisfaction. As we were waiting to purchase ice cream on Sunday evening at approximately 5pm (7/2/23), and another guest was waiting to purchase merchandise from the gift shop, a female worker came and said she'll get someone. There were two male associates working at the front desk taking care of a line of guests. The female stood near one of the male associates and watched him as he took care of the customer. I wondered why she did not take over for the male associate so he could help us at the ice cream/gift shop area or why she herself did not take care of us. This furthered my and the other guests' frustration.At the bar, the bartender was friendly, however after we received our order, she left the bar area for 20 minutes, causing us to wait to pay our tab so we could leave. During this time, two other guests sat at the bar waiting to be served, however after 10 minutes, they left the area. There was another group of 4 patrons at the bar. They were waiting to order additional drinks in the bartender's absence.I went to the concession stand to get a few cold drinks. The attendant was sitting off to the side with his attention fully on his cell phone. I had to ask to be served. He was friendly and courteous.The room was warm and muggy. We adjusted the controls to cool the room, this did not change the temperature within the room. When we inquired about this, we were told it was "like that for 2 weeks and there is nothing we can do." With temperatures in the upper 80s-90s, we expected a comfortable climate controlled room. We were greatly disappointed.
