    Buyer beware! Van Vreede’s Manager of the furniture department, ****** and Sales associate were rude and unwilling to meet customer needs. They talked when I was talking, trying to explain the problem and our desired outcome. ********************* up on me. I sold us a very expensive, from a supposedly known for quality (Flex Steel) sectional. Since the manager and associate were so rude we asked to return the sectional and receive a refund. They told me this was against Van Vreede’s policy.They would try to repair the damage and if they couldnt exchange the broken couch for a new one. We do not want to do business with companies who allow their employees to be unkind to their customers. If you dont want to do business with a company who has a limited customer satisfaction policy. Think very carefully before doing business with ***********************************, ******* and ********. Once again businesses are only interested in profit not customer satisfaction.
