    On November 27 I placed an order for amount ******USD on www.stephenselectronics.com site. On November 29 since I had not received the order confirmation I opened a dispute case at PayPal. The seller sent PayPal a ***** tracking number ************ as a proof of delivery. I contacted ***** to check on the above number and learnt that the shipping address associated with above tracking was not mine (only the city matched). I requested an official letter from *****. The letter proves that the seller used someones else shipment info in this case. By the time I received the ***** letter (took 5 days) the PayPal dispute had been resolved in favour of the seller. I suspect the seller may use this tactic to fraud other customers.

    I payed $213.09 USD for the order #*********************** (**********************************************************************************) but never received the item. After opening a dispute through PayPal the seller provided a tracking number as a proof of delivery but when I contacted ***** about that number they told me it was not associated with my address (63 ****************, ********************************************************). I later received an official letter from ***** (also attached). Seller is trying to fraud by sending someone's tracking numbers. Since couriers policy does not allow disclosure of recipient address to a third party as long as the city matches it is taken a proof of delivery. Only official request to courier (***** in this case) allowed to clarify the case.
