    Window World is a great window company. We have used them several times and each time they were reliable, the price was as good as it can get. The installation went smoothly. We had a sliding glass door replaced about 10 years ago and it is still in good shape without any problems. Will use them again when needed.

    I ordered 2 windows in December 2021 and still don’t have them installed in February 2023. They tried to install in December 2022, but come to find out they measured my window opening wrong (10” off). I would not recommend this business to anybody.

    ****************** ordered 4 windows (2 twin mulled units) and yes, the sales consultant did accidentally measure one set 10" too short (unfortunately, the sales consultant likes to be engaged in conversation with the customer while measuring the project, rather than focusing on the task at hand). What ****************** has failed to communicate is that 1 unit was installed and the other reordered with a rush request. ****************** has not communicated with anyone at Window World requesting an update - had he, he would have been advised the unit is being received the week of 2/13/23 and will be promptly scheduled for installation, weather dependent, of course. Window World looks forward to completing this project and appreciates the patience and understanding of each customer given the labor shortage plague being experienced across the nation.

    That is absolutely NOT true that 1 unit had been installed. Nothing, nil, zip was installed. Now you have me wondering if you only ordered 1 unit instead of 2. The communication needs to be better.

    We received 3 new windows on 5/25/2021. Screens were defective , they allow bugs to crawl right in. As of today, 8/24/2022 they still have not replaced with screens that work. (they said they are still working it??. On 9/27/21 we ordered some other windows to be replaced and paid 1/2 down, $4064.00. On 3/11/22 we requested an update on when the new windows would be done. No response, had to send 2nd request 3/17. Very short response that they are still working on orders from May 2021. On 7/19/2022 we again requested an update. Answered on 7/20 there is a problem getting the windows (delayed extension) and they have no idea when they will be in. On 8/14/22 we sent an email and asked to have Art, the owner, to call us. As of today we have not received a phone call or heard anything back from Window World.We are not impressed with Window World, there customer service or the product. There commercials are a joke. I would not recommend them to anyone.

    Still have not received services. According to Window World. The order went into production on 10/7/22. Well over a year from ordering. If we ordered them on 9/27/21, why were they just going into production on 10/7/22. How long are we supposed to wait now. I would never use window world again. Do we have any recourse? Or we just need to wait.
