I was with Pyramax Bank for my financial needs and I am on disability because I have a fatal disease called Huntingtons and I only receive my check once a month and I live paycheck to paycheck with no savings. On Wednesday January 11 , 2023 I received my disability check and every month I have to get all my groceries and other expenses paid on that day because the wait in between I run out of money and this check doesnt go very far. I also cannot drive and rely on my family for rides or help getting groceries. This is what happened to me the day of my complaint because I gave my daughter my bank card to get things for me and her and my grandson and PyraMax rejected her purchase at ******* even though I had my entire check to cover it .I called the bank in a good mood to ask why they didnt cover the money and I asked for help to find out what went wrong. First they said that I am not allowed to have my daughter use my card because it is my account and she could cause a problem. I said that it is my money and I will use it for whatever I want. So they were arguing with me about my account and I asked to speak to a manager and she also started arguing with me and I became very upset and knowing my rights for free speech used an explative about my situation. Remember I called asking politely for help with my account and they are arguing with me and the manager said she was closing my account and I could not use my debit card anymore. I called another manager at a different branch for help, but I was too late for help because the manager already canceled the account and he was able to get me a 30 day extension so I could get my disability check in my next bank. The letter I received said my account was closed because I was not happy with Pyramax and said this is in keeping with my account agreement, but they didnt offer me any other options. So my daughter was not able to get her groceries and I couldnt use my card for the 30 days extension and I

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. First of all, I did not use a swear word until the of the conversation after the bank people became rude and unprofessional and here in ***************** my choice of words is protected by the constitution free speech so the bank should not punish me for it.Regards,******************************* Bank Response Regarding the Message From Consumer:In our response dated February 1, 2023 the Bank thoroughly explained the reason why the claimants card purchase was declined, and provided a copy of the Regulation E disclosure outlining the daily limits. At PyraMax Bank we respect our clients, and in return we expect our clients to reciprocate that respect for our employees. It is clear that the claimant showed no respect for our employees. Instead, he became verbally abusive, using expletives and screaming so loud that personnel a few feet away could hear him.In order to protect our employees from future abusive behavior, we chose to exercise our rights* to close the claimants deposit account.*As outlined within the attached PyraMax Bank Deposit Account Agreement Thank you,***********************
