  Worst service Terrible attitude Refused to accommodate breast feed and disabled patrons. Paid for a room and was denied access to the room.

  My family attended this facility on January 16th. My son was in the foam pit with other children and a staff member reacted negatively about the foam being removed from the pit. Another parent informed my son’s grandma that the staff member grabbed my son and shook him. My son had redness and later bruising in his arm. When we requested to speak to the staff members, they refused to identify themselves and said they were “owner and manager”. A business card was provided with basic information and the staff refused to provide their names. I had to search online to identify the owner and sent an email promptly after the incident - which I’m still waiting a response for. There is NO REASON any of their staff should be putting their hands on our kids and if they don’t know how to engage with children, they should just shut down their facilities. I am NEVER returning or referring this facility to anyone I know. Terrible customer service - shame on the owners!

  The child was not abiding by the rules of the facility. When we politely asked the boy to please stop breaking the rules, he called the owner a "XXX" and ran out of the foam pit across the main court uncontrollably and endangering other guests jumping on the court. He refused to stop running around despite several attempts to address his behavior verbally. We asked him to show us where his parents/guardians were and he again ran away. Our other guests were in danger by his behavior. He continued to run to what we later learned was his grandmother. We explained what happened and she understood and said she would handle it. This is a private facility where rules must be followed and our guests expect that we enforce said rules.
