    I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A WATER HEATER FOR TWO WEEKS AND KEEP GETTING THE RUN AROUND BY THIS COMPANY. I CALLED CHOICE HOME WARRANTY WHO USES THIS CONTRACTOR AND THEY SAY THEY ARE WAITING ON A DIAGNOSIS FROM QUICKSTOP HEATING AND THE CONTRACTOR SAYS THEY HAVE SUBMITTED THE INFORMATION. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR OVER A WEEK NOW. I CALLED TODAY (8/14/24) AND TOLD THEM I WOULD REPORT THEM TO BBB. IN 10 MINUTES THEY APPROVED MY CLAIM BUT NOW THEY GIVE ME THE RUNAROUND ON COST. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

    I paid them a service fee of $75. When I told them I ws reporting them to the BBB, they sent out the information needed to the warranty company within an hour and the warranty company approve my claim. BTW, the contractor was supposed to show up on August 7 between the hours of 3pm-6pm. They texted me and said they cant be here that time but would be here between 7am-11am the same day. They didnt show up until the next day. It has been an ordeal to not have a water heater for two weeks. I am now waiting to get it installed but I still want the complaint reported
