    Paid for additional 6 oil changes on our 2019 Nissan Munro when new. It got totaled in 2021. Bought a new Nissan Murano in 2021. They would not transfer any oil changes to the 2021. No refund either. They said they were not going to tranfet the oil changes because that policy expired. But in the service dept. computer it still listed all the 6 oil changes. The manager was not. Going to help me in any way. He didn’t care. Poor customer service bought 2 new cars from. Never coming back. They did care as long as it cost them money. They will not do anything for you.
