    ordered 6 fish confirmed the date would be recieved, took the day off work to wait all day with no response to email or messages on the website, and finally i call and they say they didnt ship the fish. they said they would refund purchase. a simple call, text or email could have saved them a bad review and a customer avoiding them entirely

We have no excuse for not calling or messaging you right away with an update on your order being delayed. We understand that our e-commerce customers require prompt and thorough communication, especially when shipping livestock is involved. We have made updates to our order fulfillment SOP and added backup contingencies to make sure these communications ALWAYS go out in a timely fashion going forward.

    Its been a long time since I had to set up a new aquarium, and the great people at Aquatics Unlimited were incredibly helpful answering questions and making suggestions that made the whole process easy and rewarding. They are worth the trip even if you just want to browse for ideas because they have many incredible tanks set up with healthy looking fish.
