    4-15-2020 we had complete front suspension replaced on our truck with lifetime warranty parts through parts manufacturer at Joes Collision Centers parts vendor unknown to ** at that time On 11-25-2022 we had new tires replaced at ********************* and that time they told ** front end was completely wore out & unsafe to drive & parts put in at Joes were not correct parts installed. Per *** at Joes we needed to bring parts to them for warranty return and cash back. We brought parts back within one week after & then called 2-3 weeks later for reimbursement and they said he wasnt able to return parts because the repair work wasnt done their and they were told by tire place truck was unsafe to drive. So my husband called again and *** at **** took them back to Auto Zone and they kept the parts supposedly despite my husband telling him specifically that he wanted old parts back if they were unable to return them. My husband called ******** himself and they said **** doesnt have an account with them so we dont know where or if he tried to return for warranty refund. We tried numerous times to call with no one answering phones ?

    Business states that this work would have been warrantied 100% if the consumer had taken their vehicle to them for repairs. Because the consumer went to another business for service, that voids the warranty.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.



    Nowhere on our invoice did it say if we needed repairs on the restoration that he did on my husband’s truck that we would need to bring it back there for repairs or we would not get a refund on the parts that were warrantied!
    And the shop we had it out to have the tires replaced told us the vehicle was undrivable with the condition of the repair that  Joes collision center
     had done !
    I have a copy of the original invoice from Joe’s collision Center from April 15 2020!
    We did contact the company he bought them from and said we could get a refund for those parts, but we gave them to Joes Collision understanding he was going to get us a refund after he returned them so he returned the parts and did not return the money to us!!

    I still want to pursue this Better Business Bureau complaint
