    On or around October 24, I paid Derma Diva $450 for laser hair removal. I attended several visits and was seeing no results. I had laser done before from another provider and know that I am a good candidate with successful results. After investing several trips in to get treatments, I shared that my hair continues to grow back each month. ****** shared that she had concerns with her machine working and asked me to hang in as she hoped to get a new one. She suggested I continue to come in for treatments. I continued for another treatment after this discussion. On June 2, I shared with her that it did not make sense to continue to invest my time (25 minutes driving each way) and hers, so I asked for a partial refund an a commitment to repay the partial refund and sign up with her again when she got the new machine. We exchanged a number of text messages where she indicated she would work something out with me. She kept asking me for more time to work out a resolution by text. Eventually, she stopped responding, yet no resolution was ever offered. I am now looking for a full refund and am concerned that she continues to sell this service, knowing her machine does not work. She is a very kind person and I am disappointed that we have not reached a resolution. I do not want to harm her business, but I will not pay $450 and invest hours and hours of my time on a service that we both know is not working due to equipment failure. A refund is a fair result. Please help me reach a resolution with ****** without harming her reputation.
