    Outstanding customer service from answering questions about available , in-store refrigerators to their promised delivery / installation date with their call ( evening before delivery ) reliable and trusted family - owned business . Delivery team smoothly did a great job.

    Great service from everyone there! I bought a dishwasher from Bill 3 years ago. The dishwasher quit in Jan. I had purchased a 5 yr warranty with it from Epic. I went for 3 months without a dishwasher because they could not get the part. I demanded a new dishwasher because we had gone for so long without one with no luck. I called Bill and HE called Epic and was able to get me a new dishwasher in 2 weeks. (They gave me 500 towards what is now a ****** dishwasher) They go to bat for you at Ritzman! I highly recommend the place.

    We bought all our appliances ( refrigerator, stove , microwave and washer and dryer ) for our new build condo in 2017 . When our refrigerator went we contacted Ritzman who set us up with an appointment with GE. We had to wait 10 days without a refrigerator and when they finally arrived , they charged us $432.03 and told us to give it 24hours. By the end of that same day we realized it still was not working . We tried to contact the service man from GE , we got no answer and no responce from our voicemail message that we left . We contacted Ritzman and they gave us another appointment but we have to wait another 2 weeks and go without a refrigerator. We contacted Riutzman again and was instructed Mr. R****** would call us back after he returns from an appointment but we never received a phone call. We will never buy from them again nor will be recommend them to anyone else . So much for supporting a family owned business.

    Sorry for your poor expierence *****. New appliances come with a 1 year warranty and GE handles all repair work. Same with every other brand. We are at the hands of the manufactuerers if there are problems and we help throughout the process. We did offer to even bring you a small refrigerator to use while you were having problems with this 5 year old one which we would have happily done. Mr. ********************** never returned to work that day after his doctors appointment, (he's 80 so he makes the rules, we are unable to fire him) so we are sorry for the confusion with the phone call.

    We have met Mr. and Mrs. *********************** We were just not very happy when we heard that we had to wait 10 days for a GE serviceman. I don't recall being informed when we purchased the applicance that we would be waiting this length of time for a repairman. And then after paying $432.03 to have it repaired to find out hours later that it still wasn't working and now we would have to wait another 2 week just wasn't acceptable . After being told we would receive a call back from Mr. ********************** when he returned to the office that afternoon and then did not receive a call , again we felt like no one really cared. It would have been nice to have a return call from someone at **********************'s appliances to inform us that Mr . ********************** was not going to be returning to the office as planned . When Mr. ********************** returned the call the next day and I asked how is it possbile that there be such a demand right now for a GE repairment that we have to wait another 2 weeks . I was told " what do I think " . And he was not very nice about it . Again , I guess we thought purchasing appliances from a family owned business we would get more special treatment then purchasing appliances from a larger store that sells appliances. Yes, it was nice of Mr. ********************** to offer us a small refrigerator to use for the time being . My wife is still revovering from her back surgery and a fractured femur and I just had surgery myself and we are caring for my mother-in-law who is going to be 90 years old. So it would have been a lot easier knowing someone cared .
