    I bought a Triton double jet ski trailer from Motorsports Nation in August of 2021. Due to Covid and the supply chain issues the incorrect winch posts were installed on the trailer and were only rated for 600lbs. Both jet ski's are over 800lbs dry. They ended up failing in early spring of 2022. As a result the bottom of both jet ski's were badly scratched. Luckily they never failed when I was trailering the ski's back and forth to the lake or someone could have gotten hurt and we would have had an even bigger issue. I immediately reached out to both Motorsports Nation and Triton. Motosports Nation even checked their inventory and noticed that some of Triton's trailers had 800lb winches while others did not. They advised I work with Triton directly. After speaking with Triton they told me that they would replace the winch posts and also cover the repairs to have the bottom of the hulls on both jet ski's repaired as the damage was a direct result from them. They did have someone from there distribution center come out to my home and replace the winch posts that failed sometime during the summer of 2022. However to date they have not responded to the quote I have provided to them to get both jet ski's repaired. I emailed the quote to **** who works at the update NY center on June 21st of 2023. He was supposed to forward that to corporate for approval. On Friday July 14th he advised me to reach out to *********************************** at corporate as he handles these claims in the hopes of speeding things along. I finally spoke with **** this past Tuesday July 24th and forwarded him the quote (he claims he never got it from ****). He asked me to give him 24 hours to get back to me. I waited and heard nothing Wednesday or Thursday so I tried to call him today and he was out of the office. I am done waiting for a response and being dicked around. You promised to fix the ski's and yet they have had the quote for over 5 weeks now and I am still waiting.....
