Charged me $2300, broke my tail light and trunk, replaced my tail ight after a month and refused to fix my trunk. Won't warranty any work because of false accusations. Highly recommend staying away from this company. This guy is a scam and I will be pursing legal action.

**** was charged for a half wrap with logos on both sides. I did throw in a few things for free to help with the organization, Mission 22. The items that were thrown in for free was the windshield stickers and rear window stickers. **** did make a comment that the rear sticker had a little too much black for his liking. It was a free sticker cut once and if he wanted any changes to the free sticker, he would have to pay for them at a discounted price, as he didn't pay for them first of all or I would take them off for free and keep to what he paid for. The window tint was done by his request but as a son of a military family I asked him to donate the cost of the window tint to Mission 22 in the amount of $532.76. That donation was never made and **** is pocketing the money for his own gains. I did have an employee working for me at the time of ****s job. Employee and myself and also the security cameras shown that the damage to the tail light didn't happen at the shop. We still decided to buy a brand new, not used tail light to fix his issue. The only thing on the trunk issue was when **** installed an after****et emblem and my employee had to remove it with fishing line to get in-between the double sided adhesive to remove it. Apparently and according to **** the area where he had the after****et emblem was raised. My friend went down to his shop and completely fixed the problem for me. There are no other known issues to anything he paid for to the best of my knowledge. **** was told that any wraps are not to have a pressure washer used on them and definitely not a heated pressure washer via manufacture and their warranty. It specifically states and I relayed all information to him as well that pressure washer use would void any warranty. Make made comments that he used a pressure washer on it and that alone would void the warranty. **** did make some slander posts on the internet that will be reviewed by my attorney about the sticker on the windshield sticker coming off. Once again not paid for and would replace it at a discounted price but he never reached out to me about it. The wrap was done months ago and was even inspected by another company a month ago and everything was good and intact. Since then there are reports that he went to a different detailer recently and if the detailer is in experience or doesn't have experience with graphics or stickers, that could do major damage and would be considered physical abuse, also not warrantable. At the end of the day **** is trying to take to all social media to try to slander my business and can't be an adult and simply make a call to my business to discuss any issues he may have.
