      Wow, I have never been treated so poorly and received such horrible customer service in my entire life. I have probably sent 30 or more flowers to people throughout my life from various different shops. Do not trust *****, anyone who works for her, or the shop's services. They will steal your money and not deliver flowers to the address on the order.They sent flowers to the wrong address and we discovered this a few days later because the recipient was in the hospital. When I called, she hung up on me then texted me saying I was trying to scan her.

      I placed an order with *****, 5301 - Erica's Blooming Inspirations. The order clearly states to deliver to ***********************************. We were delivering to someone in the hospital. We found out a few days later that the flowers never arrived. ***** sent them to 471, not ********************************************************** called to have the flowers delivered to the right address or get a full refund. She hung up on me, then texted me saying I was trying to scam her. 

       

      Please help me either receive a full fund or have the flowers delivered to the address on the order.

      I did accidentally go to wrong house but I text bother parties of the arrangement they accepted they never told me I was at the wrong house when I thought I was at the correct house/ they waited 5 days to complain they are liars and scam artists I may *** her for the lies For defamation of character it is their responsibility to let me know in 24 hours if there is an is*** I always text a picture and I always text both parties when I deliver they waited five days unacceptable behavior
