    No one should have to deal with the disrespect and the fraudulent activities that take place at this location. How this business is allowed to continue is mind-boggling Please, someone step in and help the consumer in the area of not having to deal with the thieves that run this company!!! I am more than available to answer any questions and give proof as to how they take your money and do nothing to help you once a product is damaged even though you paid a high price for the insurance policy!! It is, though the employees there take pride on driving people to their breaking point. I’ve been patient and tried to work with them for months and was told today they will be doing nothing to assist me!!! Shame on whoever gave the license to this company in Hudson, Wisconsin!! Shame on UPS for seeing the reviews and still allowing this owner to maintain a branch of your company I will do whatever it takes to help shut the store down as no one should have to deal with these types of criminals!!! And yes, I said criminals!!! Shame on Hudson business development UPS!!

    Same experience and *********************John is probably someone who should be in a customer facing role. I have a high tolerance for eccentric people, but he gives off the impression that he's going to go Cujo on you at any minute. Among other things, when I finished taping my box, I said "okay, I'm ready over here," because I thought he was waiting for me (and there were no other customers). He responded with a gritted-teeth grimace-like smile "I'll be the judge of that." He seemed annoyed the whole time to have to work with me.Also, I had an Amazon return, and, in the past, they've just scanned the barcode to print a label, but he said I had to use one of his computers to print a label - which means I had to log into my email, use his printer, and pay for it. None of that bothered me too badly, but - and this is the real reason for me writing this review - I logged into my email account and asked specifically for it "not to keep me logged in" because it was a public laptop. However, that evening my ********* Defender Authenticator kept triggering me to authenticate entry into my email on my phone - which is an indicator that someone is trying to access my email. This location was the ONLY public laptop that I've logged into in years!I'm not sure if he has malware on these machines, but given his personality, everything about him screams "suspicious".

    I witnessed John, who another clerk working that day told me he was the owner, tell a customer he would be helping paying customers who were sending packages in a very long line vs people with Amazon returns. The guy in front of the line waited over 15 min while John took other customers who weren’t returning anything. They customer told John he was frustrated and John exploded in him, told him to hit the road Jack and don’t come back, and called him ** *******. I won’t be going back to do anything at this store and i fee as though UPS wouldn’t want this owner representing their brand.
