    AVOID THIS PLACE, THE OWNER (KRISTIN) WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! We signed up for a class that was set to start on 6/19 but unfortunately could not make it. Per the cancellation policy, we notified the owner via email (and call/text, but she did not answer either of those) and said we were open to registering for the same class later in the season. She gave us one option in September but by the time we were able to get back to her, the class was full and there were no more classes on the schedule, so we requested a refund instead. Her cancellation policy states that as long as we notify her at least 1 week before the start of the class, we would receive a refund. We notified her over 1 week before the start of the class. She wrote back saying that because SHE couldn’t fill our spot in the class in time, that we would not be receiving a refund. She is now avoiding our calls, emails, and texts and refuses to refund our money even though we adhered to her cancellation policy by giving her appropriate notice. Very embarrassing and shady way for a business owner to act. After a month of dealing with a ****** dispute, ****** closed the case in our favor because we had proof of wrongdoing. If you’re ever dealing with this business, make sure all of your communication is documented in case they decide to scam you like they did us!
