    Croixside replaced seven windows in my new house. They also replaced two pieces of glass in a very old bay window. All was very affordable. Very efficient, flexible with time and payment. Mike was very pleasant and enjoyable to talk to and he was very patient with any questions I had. I will recommend them for any window job. Even had a quote to redo my kitchen cabinets. Have not gotten that done yet but I trust they will do an amazing job.

    We had Croixside Home Improvements LLC replace our front entry door and sliding deck door. We are quite pleased with how they both turned out. Mike got us on the schedule as soon as we let him know we were ready. John was very pleasant and detailed He did not cut corners as some challenges arose. The clean up once the work was finished was appreciated. We would recommend Croixside to friends and family.

    We are highly dissatisfied with Croixside Home Improvements. We DO NOT recommend using them for your kitchen. We liked Mike initially. But his team let him down, his product let him down and we were very frustrated by the end. The service time and end product we now have was not what we are looking for. Unreliable timeline (estimated 8-10 weeks resulted in total of 7 months.) Lack of planning and communication on when work was going to be completed. Reorder cost was pushed on to us, then caused tense situation when we asked to it to be done correctly. It took 7 months from contract signing until completion. Seven months! Well the kitchen looks done, the process has been nothing but disheartening. Overall, AVOID THIS COMPANY.

    This kitchen turned out beautifully as the Homeowner stated. The challenge we ran in to is that the installer assigned to their project got very sick and was diagnosed with a bone marrow disease. By the time we realized how serious it was we had built up 5 or 6 jobs for him that ultimately He was not able to get to. As you can imagine that is a lot of work to cover when everyone is busy so it did take quite a bit longer to finish up. I did communicate that message to the Ibisch's and We felt bad that it took so long but it did turn out very nice for them. As a matter of fact some of their before/after pics are on our website.

    Very pleased with the results of our siding. Bob, Mike, and the small crew were pleasant to work with. Project was finished in a few days and we felt they did an excellent job on our siding and basement windows. The clean up was thorough and the whole project was reasonably priced. We highly recommend Croixside.

    Vinyl Siding Replacement project including full wood siding removal down to the existing sheathing with new air/vapor house wrap, vinyl siding in two colors/styles, prefinished metal window trim wrap to make my home maintenance-free. Great attention to detail, open to small requests/changes along the way and good pricing. Small crew made the project manageable on a small city lot size. Definitely recommend this team for your home remodel projects.
