    Chuck ripped off my daughter. Sold her a car that actually has no ABS breaks and numerous other safety problems. Chuck will not let us return the car despite only having it for two days for our mechanic to look at.

    We are quite disappointed Melissa is so unhappy. First of all we never met her Her husband purchased the car and their mechanic was either dishonest or not very competent The first clue was the comment on the ABS brakes not working (per their mechanic) the car DID NOT HAVE ABS BRAKES so of course they could not work! The car was independently inspected before we brought it back to the dealership and it passed the full inspection. We also went over it and noted it needed a new fuel sensor for the gas gauge. We discounted the price for Melissa's husband for that to be fixed by his mechanic. Their mechanic detailed other issues that were false - again we have the full inspection report by Insight by Manheim nationally known. We did offer to repair anything covered by are warranty however they elected not to bring it back for that. We know why as the things there mechanic told them was false either due to being less than honest or not competent. The car they purchased was in very good condition. We did stand behind it and at anytime will be happy to share the full inspection report by Insight a company that does this day in and day out. I only wish their mechanic would be honest with them. We are very disappointed that this was their experience as we do not do business that way. If a vehicle is not up to our standards it is returned... better a lose on a purchase than a loss of reputation.

    I would like to see the inspection report and the inspection you said you had your mechanic do at your business which should include the dates these inspections were conducted. We have poured money into this vehicle since purchasing and again has left my young daughter stranded because it broke down. I think you are a lying dishonest person. You did not offer to repair anything and wouldnt even let us return the vehicle two days after purchase because you knew it was a piece of c*** Other states like ** have a law that you can return a vehicle up to three days after purchase. You neglected to do anything for us and instead make false claims to the BBB. They should look into the other reviews online which show your way of doing poor business and ripping off teenage girls with cars that leave them stranded.

    I just noticed this reply 5 months after the car was purchased. First, we woul be more than happy to show you the inspection report. I am not surprised you paid your mechanic more money as what he identified was not needed, for example fixing the *** brakes which the car does not have. If you took his advice you paid for unneeded repairs based on the independent inspection report which was done. The repair needed was the gas gauge that we discounted the price for you husband. We are sorry your daughter had an issue. If your mechanic was competent that should not have happened. We wish you the best. But we have no confidence in you mechanic and stand by the indepedent inspection report that we rely on have have found to excellent over the any years they have done them. They are nationally known and relied upon by dealers.
