    In 2017 we had a contract for a large home remodel. Part of it was to tile our kitchen, dining room and new mudroom. A few months ago several tiles became loose. We had 4 of them taken up and reattached. The 4 tiles taken up had no mud on back of them, looked like new tiles on back.Have talked to several tile people and they all said that's not normal. Contacted Hoeft to explain what is going on and no response. We now have several other loose tiles. It was laid incorrectly. We would like it done right.
