    **** ***** denies damage incurred while installing an insulated garage ceiling at our home.Shortly after the job was completed, hidden damage was found during the homeowners' cleanup of the job site.Two exterior screen door inserts were found ruptured/torn, and a hole in the garage wall drywall behind where the inserts were stored. Photos are **************** required transit of inserts to/from the repair facility and rescreening for $81.60 + tax.

    This project was completed in full in January 2025, and Mr. ****** confirmed his satisfaction during the final walkthrough on January 14, 2025. He issued final payment voluntarily on January 24, with no mention of any damage. The issues he now raises were never mentioned during the final walkthrough or in any communication until weeks later.


    I deny causing the damage in question. The inserts were stored in a common access area used by multiple parties, including the homeowner and his wife. Neither I nor my team recall causing or observing any such damage. The homeowner himself confirmed that he was using the garage regularly after project completion, including cleaning and organizing, before suddenly reporting this issue.


    I take my business reputation very seriously. I have responded to every communication in good faith and have maintained a professional standard of work throughout.
    While I sympathize with Mr. ******* situation, I must respectfully decline the requested refund of $100, as there is no factual basis tying this damage to the work completed under my care.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    **** ***** is not an honest man.

    I am an experienced retired professional that expedited projects for 24 years.

    I have done my best to accommodate his inexperience as the job was seriously underquoted requiring my help of cutting all the job lumber for him in Sub-Zero temperatures and paying him ~$2K more than quoted which equated to a ~65% cost overrun.

    I am very disappointed in **** and need to warn others of potential problems with his businesses.
