      ** refrigerator service work involving replacement of compressor and condensor on 3-24-2023. I called to have technician return on 5-17-2023 as refrigerator lost temperature. Technician checked for leaks, none found and refilled coolant to required amount. This obviously was a hint that the unit was leaking very slowly. This can be a common issue with refrigerant leaking very slowly to the point it is difficult to detect. Technician stated they would contact manufacture to see if labor would be warranted. I never heard back. Refrigerator again has lost temperature slowly over time. I called them over six times from from 6-01-2023 through 7-15-2023. They will not respond to my messages. Refrigerator has gotten worse. I've called multiple times again and have emailed them, again no response. I am now attempting to contact manufacture ** for help.

      The compressor and condenser was replaced in march of 2023. We did go back right away after he called in may and recharged the unit. The unit was working as it should. We have not received any phone calls from him or voicemails from him. He did email us 9/5/23  and we responded right away but he did not even leave his name in email we were not even sure who he is at this point . He emailed us again 9/6/23 and called and we replied same day and got him an appointment at our earliest available appointment. He has an appointment next week tuesday 9/12/23. He is now out of any warranty for labor through LG.

      *** from Modern Appliance Services came to my house to repair my Dish Washer, in the process he said it needed a drain line replacement. After replacing the drain line, he either didnt test or notice that the pump was dropping water which is something that should have been checked after changing a drain line. My kitchen floor got damaged with water to the point my basement ceiling was leaking water when ever the dishwasher was used. Picture are attached. I called him to complain he claimed it is not his responsibility but that of my warranty company.

      Technician came out to look at the brand induction frigidaire range that is not working properly. The technician diagnosed a problem with the heating element and ordered a part. The technician came back a week later with the part and refused to replace it blaming the 7 brand new never used made-in cookware that is optimized for induction is not proper cookware and left without repairing. I later found out that they lied to ********** and provided them with misleading information so ********** is refusing to return the unit. Modern Appliance clearly has no credibility in diagnosing induction ranges and furthermore does not understand induction cookware or cooking for that matter. They are unethical and incompetent.

      Modern appliance went to this customers house march 8th 2023 to look at an induction range. Customers main complaint is that it only heats in the center of burners. This is an induction burner that works magnetically. A person cannot use stainless stain pans with induction burners.Our service tech explained this to the customer and he did not believe what he was being told.  We then called Frigidaire technical support from the customers home while he was present.Technical support verified our findings and read verbatim from the owners manual that the customer also had a copy too. He could reference this himself.At this point the customer was screaming at the ********************** tech in his home during the phone call which disrespectful and uncalled for. We also sent pictures of the burner and the pans to Frigidaire technical support to verify findings so technically support was aware of what was happening. We understand the customers frustration of spending a large amount of money on pans, but they were incorrect ones. We do not deserve such harsh words to the BBB or ****** reviews when we did what Frigidaire requires for their manufacture warranties.Technical support final finding was unit is working as an induction range should work and he needs purchase non stainless steel cookware.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      Modern appliance is outright lieing.  For one I did not yell or was disrespectful to anyone.  I spoke up when I heard the frigidaire person talk about the cookware to clarify what the technician was lieing about.    One, the brand new cookware from made-in are blue carbon steel and 5 ply stainless clad, both are optimized for induction and used by top chefs around the world for induction cooking. 

      I even contacted mad-in support with what I was told by modern appliance and their support told me them and frigidaire are absolutely wrong.  And I have an iron skillet as you can see in the pictures that the tech just ignored.   

      The main complaint was that the burners don't heat evenly,  which again you can see in the picture.   All of this was witnessed by the tech.  Not to mention the tech almost ruined my carbon steel pans when he boiled water at max *********** in all of them for several minutes.  This burned off all the seasoning and could have caused them to warp because of the excessive uneven heat.  I'm guessing the tech nor the owner even knows what seasoning a pan is since he clearly didn't care if he ruined my cookware.  Furthermore, if it was the pans they wouldn't have even heated up at all.

      These liars are clearly not knowledgeable about induction cooktops and cookware and are completely unqualified to work on them much less talk about them.  The cookware they wrote down as recommended is some of the worst induction cookware on the market. 

      Nothing but disrespect and lies  dealing with this business. 

      Lastly, A technician from a different repair company who was very knowledgeable about induction and found an issue with the range right away, made an adjustment but it still was not heating evenly and recommended to frigidaire that it be replaced/returned.  Not once did cookware enter into the discussion.   I am currently waiting for frigidaire to process the return.
