    Wonderful experience. Hearing aids work well. Staff are friendly and professional. Staff take the time to answer your questions and understand your concerns. Also take the time to show you how to put on and take off, as well as care for the device. Can call or schedule appointments as needed without cost. Highly recommend.

    Everyone very knowledgeable and great customer service. They take the time to explain my new hearing aid. They answered all my questions. Nice follow-up, on top of that, through my health care provide I feel have had good value for the money. So far, the hearing aid function to my expectations. The hearing aids are 4 days old. Thank you for the gift of better hearing.
