    ******************* *****************- private owner of this practice is letting his business fall to the ground while the community suffers. Hes also an author selling books. Good ole boys club is the main issue here. As long as he gets his insurance payments, right?The staff are not professional, interns not professional, theres clearly communication issues business wide. The providers act laid back like an ice cream social. No science, critical thinking, shared communication space, validations,they dont believe in jargon, they havent updated their skill sets either.It was like this 15 years ago, I attended this place for years as a teen and never got proper medication, diagnosis, or learning in day treatment 15 years ago. I wanted to be open and try again. The building hasnt been remodeled or updated since the 90s it appears. Im finally medicated & diagnosed properly NOT from here.Ownership is milking insurance payments while kids group get water from a Brita filter in a dirty old group room.If you are considering going here, dont. Get REAL care from ****** ********** ****** in ******* or honestly anywhere else. Its worth the drive and efforts. Anywhere in ******* is better than here. Rock county has a serious provider training/professionalism issue.
