      Do not contact me ever again, I never have, never will do business with a scam company demanding money from me for services I never purchased, call me one more time and Im calling the authorities. Take your 65$ invoice and shove it.

      Subject: Response to Complaint ID ****** Dear Better Business Bureau,Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the concerns raised by ** ***** **** Generation 3, we take great pride in our role as publishers of thousands of events for schools and organizations across the *******, delivering first-class products and services to our advertisers and partners. We also have a clear policy to address and resolve any customer concerns promptly and professionally.Upon review of our records, ** ***** H. purchased an advertisement for $65 in the ******** **************** Track Invitational Program on April 9, 2024, at 12:55 PM with our representative *****.Communication History:Since the purchase, our team made several attempts to contact ** ***** H. to ensure all details were correct and address any questions or concerns he might have had. Unfortunately, he never engaged with us and did not respond to our voicemails or other communication efforts. Below is a timeline of our communication attempts:7/19/24: ***** called ** ***** H., who hung up immediately. She left a voicemail requesting a return call.8/28/24: ***** left another voicemail requesting a return call.11/12/24: **** called, but ** ***** *. **** up as soon as she identified herself.12/10/24: *** called, but ** ***** *. **** up again without engaging. Later that day, ** ***** H. submitted a complaint to the BBB.Invoice Viewing History:While ** ***** H. did not communicate with us, we noted that he viewed his invoice 12 times between April 9, 2024, and December 10, 2024, indicating awareness of the invoice. However, no payment was ever made or communication attempted for the advertisement.Resolution:To resolve this matter and prevent further dissatisfaction:The invoice has been ********* **************** information has been removed from our system to ensure no further communication unless initiated by him.If ** ***** H. has any additional concerns or would like further clarification, he may contact ***** ******, Office Manager, directly at ******************** or by phone at ************ or ************.We value the opportunity to address this matter and uphold our commitment to providing exceptional service and professionalism.
