      Started my expensive online classes a year ago in the summer and completed them, the process of even getting my Temps was horrible and unclear. Rock Valley is NOT communicative whatsoever. The process of drive times is even worse. There are barely any accommodating time slots to complete drive times and you can only complete one a month. Taking 6 months to even get them done, which is even harder when there are basically no slots. Very slow, they don't communicate and they don't answer their phone and most of the time have to get the *** to call them and get stuff done. They don't submit the completion needed for drive times in a timely manner and are cold and harsh. Others have had this issue as well. Expensive and not worth it.

      ******** we are sorry that you felt you did not have a great experience with our program. We did speak with your mom and tried to clear up a few miscommunications. All students are required to hold their permit a minimum of 6 months (this is a state requirement)and have 50 practice hours with parents. When you enrolled for our program, our polices were clearly stated, we do not promote ******* through behind the wheel driving lessons.Upon reviewing our files for you, we do not see where there should have been any issues with you getting your permit. An email was sent to you letting you know what needed to be done in order to receive paperwork for going to the *** and taking your permit test.-we were waiting to receive paperwork from you. The *** was not at any time in contact with ******* shared that informaiton with your mom.We appreciate that you took the time to enter a review, because we always look forward to ways that we may improve communication with future students. We are glad that you have now received your license and hope that you contiune to be a safe defensive driver.Sincerely,RVDS Staff ***** ********
