    I sent them this picture, yet I did not receive any acknowledgment. I would have appreciated a response or at least an explanation regarding the situation. My child consumed this item, and I am relieved that he is unharmed. This situation is entirely unacceptable.

    The reason I am submitting only one image is that the website did not allow me to upload additional pictures. I visited ********** and ordered a meal, specifically a six-piece chicken nugget Happy Meal. While my son was enjoying his meal, he remarked that he had encountered something hard within one of the chicken nuggets. I proceeded to investigate the matter further. The discovery was quite unpleasant, and unfortunately, I could not return to the restaurant, as I had already consumed the other items I had purchased and live a considerable distance from the ********** location. I attempted to contact ********** via email, and the response I received was forwarded to you. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and have chosen to file a formal complaint. I would appreciate a refund or a gift card as compensation, as this situation is entirely unacceptable.

    This is ****** *****. We just spoke about the complaint filed. I wanted to make sure that we could get that info as I was not able to login online. It said my email wasn't linked with a business. I did attempt to call the customer and recieved no answer I did leave her a message and I am awaiting a response.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    Im unclear on what additional information is required. I have submitted proof and documentation for everything mentioned. I just wanted my complaint to be acknowledged, as I am uncertain about the contents of my child's chicken nuggets. I would have appreciated some form of compensation, but since this incident occurred last year, I simply want to bring it to attention. I am unable to answer phone calls due to my work and hectic schedule, so please reach out to me via email ( ********************* instead.
