  I gave these guys a call due to water leaking inside of my house. They did a good job with the initial estimate and provided a realistic assessment of what needed to be done. They caulked several areas of my roof and cleaned out my gutters as well. I will be contacting them again to have further work completed in the near future.

  Id never hire these people again. Had an air leak problem after some sprayfoam insulation was installed. Made them aware of the issue within a matter of days since the job. Was told they would try to get out in a few weeks. Finally after calling and emailing multiple times a few months later they sent two inexperienced people that did not fix the problem and were clearly under the influence of ********** at work. Expressed my disgust at the lack of professionalism and how terrible they handled the situation and never heard from them again. No apology to me was ever received.

  ***, thank you for your business. we have reached out several times By phone and email. including a free courtesy maintenance/************* visit before this review creation. thanks for your time expressing your experience. It was pointed out several possible areas of concern within your home building envelope, that were visualized during our first inspection/walk thru with you present. After a detailed friendly discussion on the outlined overall possible needs for the home and comfort, the homeowner chose only the areas in which Our company performed up-to-code completed work for you. We provided further information on each area of concern as well as the possible best tasks for the home. The customer chose the final install work with a set project task outline provided and signed upon before installing the customer's home ********************. During the installation, the homeowner expressed his pleased feelings with the insulation work we completed. We believe your claimed air leaks area was not the area you hired us for and when mentioning we recommend these other areas also you declined that projected work (which is the customer's choice). the overall project was performed well. Upon learning sometime after the claimed concerns, we added a courtesy touch-up visit with travel, materials, and labor free of charge. Despite the possible personal confusion or frustration, they expressed (details the homeowner provided may not be true to what occurred), we offered to come back within our busy schedule to accommodate the situation. The Weatherseal team handled everything professionally, respectfully and listened to the concerns, we offered a solution anyway. We have praised our Team on their continued great work and safe performances at the Job site. Unfortunately, this wasn't a satisfactory outcome where we went out of our way to perform quality work as agreed upon.
