    ORDER V283429. PLACED ON MAY 01, 2024 09:00AM. PAYMENT STATUS: PARTIALLY_REFUNDED. I am upset with this company for charging me too much to RETURN and item. I was charged a restocking fee and return shipping. The business is ran out of WI and fulfills from **. How can I try an item on if I don't order it? I ordered 2 pairs of shoes that we were uglier in person than the pictures on the site. I sent them back and got charged $16.60. I was told that I was only getting charged $6.00 for return shipping, ridiculous. Every time I talk to the customer **** *************** and **********, they are rude. They use to excuse as being a small veteran owned business that cannot afford to pay return shipping. Their customers are also veterans that they are charging ridiculous fees to. I do like some of the items that I get from them, but this charge was ignorant.

    It is stated on our website, under the Shipping & Returns page (**********************************************************), that we do not refund the original shipping fee and we deduct a $5.95 from the refund for return shipping. This is a standard business practice.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    This is only standard business practice for this rude business.  Oh well, you live and you learn.  Guess I'll have to get boots somewhere else.
