    Darrell ******* provides great sales as the owner, but when it comes to the installation he is hands free. In our experience with Darrell and Hometown Xteriors, his value of cheap labor over attention to detail and professional installation was all about the bottom line. We had a communication barrier with his workers and their lack of experience showed on the final product. For example, his workers used scrap pieces of drip edge to finish gables, leaving multiple wrong facing seams on a short run where 1 stick could have been used to complete a seamless run. Also using wrong colored caulk in various places on our roof. I won't continue to give business advice here but Darrell should know the basics, as he claims to be an experienced professional. This makes me wonder about the length of time he's been in business under the Hometown Xteriors name. Overall, we would NOT RECOMMEND using his services for any future projects.

    ******************,I apologize that you are unsatisfied, but what you failed to mention in this review was that we actually removed ourselves and our crews from the project returning your deposit in Full because of your demands and unreasonable expectations. In addition you contacted our suppliers directly asking them for our cost on products supplied and felt you should be deciding what we should or should not make on the Job. I understand that you have submitted this review in retaliation Hometown Xteriors making this decision.
