Order replacement headlights for 09 Corvette through Strikerlights on 05/20 with express delivery. Received order confirmation as soon as hit the submit button. My card was also charged within a minute. As of today, have not received light and I have no way to contact them other that website. headlights ordered on April 13, 2024 with a lead time of 3-5 weeks. Order was initially delivered July 10, 2024. Received broken product in an undamaged box indicating they were broken before shipping. Initiated a return, all the company would do is send replacement lights but refused a refund. They have continually made excuses for not sending replacement lights and stopped responding to messages as of January 5, 2025.Initial Complaint

Paid $3050 for upgraded lights for our mustang - accidentally ordered the wrong year. They took over 6 months to get us all the lights - but took all of our money at the order date! First Order - April 3rd, 2024 - order number: 4081 - tracking number: 1Z7X908X0317674985 - received the product I purchased not being built to what I had wanted (this is a custom product that has to be built or put together) by Striker Lights.- returned this product back to the company, customer relations stated that they will have it fixed and shipped back to me.- returned May 24, 2024 Second Order - October 8, 2024 - order number: 4466 - tracking number: 1Z7X908X0309551864 - received the product, once opened and tested one of the lights was not working as it should. Further into testing I found that the company did not build or fix them to what I had requested to have in the first place.- attempted to contact customer service via their support forum on their website to get these returned so I can receive a refund.- I have sent numerous tickets trying to get ahold of someone with customer support and have even sent a message to the business owner via ******** Messenger with no response.- I would simply like to get my money back, these lights take almost 6 months to build and ship to my address. I am tired of waiting on a product to take that long and it end up not working.- I have made a dispute with my bank and they are unable to go back further than 120 days since the original purchase to get my refund.Initial Complaint

The initial order was #****May 30, 2024for $700.00. I ordered Mustang Rear Fourth Brake Light - ***** Euro RGB, ********* Mustang RGBW Sidemarkers - Clear and ********* Mustang RGBW Rear Reflector - Clear. its been 3 months with very little updates with both companies giving me completely different stories. s550 euro gave me a new order that only has two of my items listed and said the other were damaged but when I asked striker the company making them they said they still haven't made them. *** asked for months for my items and they still can't match stories the latest update I got was a week ago it was supposed to ship out in the middle of this week. The first transaction was placed on March 23rd, 2024, we received the headlights on May 2nd, 2024. Installed on May 4th, the passenger side headlight was the wrong headlight for the car model, sent back the light on May 8th. May 20th, the correct headlight was sent and installed the same day. Both passenger and driver side headlights didnt work. We contacted the owner of the shop the same day, went over the install with him, and then we contacted, via phone call, customer service on Wednesday (May 22), *** (owner) answered after 8 attempts of trying to contact anyone. *** told us to send everything back, both lights, everything included with the lights and he will have his team look at the lights, try to fix them or completely build us new lights, and that we should have our lights within a week. The headlights were sent back on May 22nd. We were not updated if our lights were delivered or not, nor any status on our new lights until I reached out on June 10 (spamming all forms of contacts) and then they started working on our new lights after two weeks of silence on June 11. Since then we have been given no update or no estimated shipping date. I reached on June 28 asking for a estimated delivery date with response, sent another email on July 2 asking for a refund and to forget about it. They responding but just said, Good afternoon ******, our team has been looking into the headlight and it ended up needing a full replacement. So they have an entire new unit going through the build process at this time for you. I sent another email after that, telling them to cancel it and we wont a refund. I initially purchased two items from this company, on accident I purchased the wrong items I immediately tried to get a cancellation on both but one had already shipped as for the second package they said they could not cancel the package because it was stipulated once it had been ordered it couldnt be returned mind you the package still hasnt shipped and its been over a month and they claim they cant cancel it. As for the first package it shipped and arrived I was able to make contact with customer support and they said I could return it which I did. This was nearly a month ago and since returning it I have sent several emails with no response and have not received my money back.Business Response
