    Never helped us resolve an outdated door security system that was installed by them initially, had to go with a different company. We had been getting **************** through them for 25$/month. The computers that had the office suite installed were old and replaced with machines that had Office preloaded so I attempted to cancel the service in February 2024. They told me they sent an auto renewal email and in the email it stated that if I do not reply, I will be auto enrolled. They sent the email on Friday, December 23rd 2023 asking for a reply by December 27th, 2023. With the weekend and holiday, this gave 1 business day to replay. Office staff including myself were not in the office those days so the email wasn't replied to and they auto enrolled us. I have asked to cancel twice, once with no response, the other telling me they would look into it further. I am now getting late notices with threats of collection and no one will get back to me.
